おおいた留学生人材情報バンク「アクティブネット」は、留学生の能力を地域での様々な活動で生かしてもらうためのシステムです。

“Active-Net” (International Students Talent Bank of Oita) is the system to provide support for international student activities in the local community.

留学生の皆さんへ（To all International Students）

このシステムは、大分県で学ぶ世界各国から来た留学生の皆さんの様々な能力を、ビジネス、教育、ボランティアなど地域の様々な活動で生かしてもらうためのシステムです。

This system's goals are to harness the international knowledge and skills of the non-Japanese students currently studying at universities and junior colleges located within Oita Prefecture. It is hoped that they could contribute to local businesses, tourism, education, and local volunteer activities.

■留学生（International Students） 大分県内の大学（大学コンソーシアムおおいたの会員大学）で学んでいる留学生で、外国人としての自らの特性や能力を生かして地域の様々な活動に参加することを希望する方なら誰でも登録できます。 このシステムに登録し、活動に参加していた留学生が、卒業後に引続き登録、利用を希望する場合は、一定の条件のもとに許可する場合があります。 【大学コンソーシアムおおいた会員大学】 大分大学、別府大学、日本文理大学、立命館アジア太平洋大学、県立看護科学大学、県立芸術文化短期大学、別府溝部学園短期大学、大分工業高等専門学校、明日香国際・ホテル＆ウエディング専門学校 This system is for International Students studying at universities located within Oita Prefecture who are willing to contribute their unique skills and join local various activities. 【The University Consortium Oita -Member Universities-】 Oita University, Beppu University, Nippon Bunri University, Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University, Oita University of Nursing and Health Sciences, Oita Prefectural College of Arts and Culture, Beppu Mizobe Gakuen College, Oita National College of Technology，Asuka International・Hotel＆Wedding College ■登録（Registration） 必要な情報を登録すると、在籍する大学での確認を経て、ＩＤが発行され、アクティブネットを利用することができます。 ※ 大学の担当者が学籍番号と資格外活動許可の有無を確認するため、場合によっては、ＩＤの発行までに数日間を要する場合があります。 Once you have entered your basic data over the Internet, you will be issued with a user ID with which you can access the system. Notes: There are some cases when it requires several days that enrolled Universities confirm your ID number and if you have been qualified working in Japan. ■活用者（Target Participants） 様々な事業、行事、活動等で、留学生の皆さんの特色ある能力を生かしたいと希望する県内の企業、団体、学校、個人が活用者として登録しています。 The project aims to engage local businesses, educational facilities and community organizations in making use of the unique skills of the international students residing in Oita Prefecture. ■活動内容（Activity Contents） 国際業務、海外取引、翻訳・通訳、語学教室、交流行事への参加、自治体行事への参加、ボランティア、学校での国際理解教育など様々な場面で留学生の皆さんが力を発揮する機会が待っています。 As examples, there are opportunities to engage International projects, Overseas businesses, Translating, Interpreting, Language learning, Participation in an international exchange program, Cultural exchanges, Participation in a local government project, Volunteer activities, Promoting international understanding at schools, Internships at the company.

活用参加までの流れ（Procedure of Participation）

≪募集（Recruitment）≫ 活用者が活用情報を掲示して、参加する留学生を募集します。（誘引） 　活用者側から、条件にあう留学生に対して参加を誘引することもできます。 Participating organizations will post details of their project onto the system and ask for international students to join up. The participating organizations shall then select and contact the international students that meet the criteria of the project. ▼ ≪応募（Application）≫ 活用者が掲示した活用情報を見て、留学生が応募します。 When international students see a project that interests them, they apply to participate. ▼ ≪選考（Selection Process）≫ 応募があった留学生の中から活用者が採用者を決定し、留学生にメールで通知します。 The participating organizations shall then select and contact the international students chosen to participate by E-mail. ▼ ≪活用（Activities）≫ 実際に活用に参加します。 　その際に活用者側から交通費等を受け取ります。 All students will be engaged in the core activities of the project. 　At this stage, you can receive transportation fee etc. ▼ ≪キャリアポイント（Career Points）≫ 　１度のマッチングにつき１ポイントのキャリアポイントが与えられます。 　ただし、見学会、食事会、単なるアルバイト等、地域貢献性の薄いものについては、 　キャリアポイントを与えない場合もあります。 　キャリアポイントは、留学生の地域活動の実績として奨学金認定等においてメリットとなります。 　You can get 1 Career Point toward 1 activity. 　The career point might not be given to the activity of an invalid regional contribution. (Example: Tour, Dinner party, Part-time job etc.) 　Participation in this program can help your future career prospects, in addition to helping the local community. The career points become an advantage in the Oita prefecture scholarship recognition etc.
